The delays mostly boiled down to content.

There’s just a few questions we’ll have as well, and this will get them answered in one fell swoop so we can keep this moving along quickly.
Next, we’ll agree on the “theme” you’ll be using for your WordPress website. Based on our brainstorming session, we’ll come up with some recommendations (usually between 3 and 5) for high-quality, easy-to-manage WordPress themes, and you’ll select one.
If you have a logo, we install your logo that you’ll provide us so, right out of the box, your website has a “look and feel” that your audience instantly recognizes as yours.
Then, we install WordPress on the domain of your choice and activate the chosen theme. We also set up the Google Analytics, sitemapping, and all that other stuff so you can track results and create the wide-open playing field for the bots to come in and index the site for better results over time.
And, most important of all – we activate and configure our top recommended WordPress plugins that make it even easier for you to format content, embed videos, share your content, and get more leverage from your WordPress website.
